Jen joined Battaglini & Company in November 2014 and serves as our Client Relations Specialist & Associate. Jen is responsible for meeting and greeting clients who visit the office to insure they have a positive experience. She focuses on how to improve our processes, keep our knowledge base growing, and make certain that our clients know about the different offerings we have to better serve them. In addition to focusing on client experience, marketing initiatives, and managing Joe’s schedule, Jen assists other financial professionals of the company with accounting, tax, financial planning and other related tasks.
Jen grew up in West Chester, PA and currently resides in West Chester, PA with her husband Jon of twelve years and their adorable Australian Labradoodle, Sam. Jennifer enjoys expanding her music collection, cooking & wine pairing, and spending time with her family and friends.
